The Residence Gardablu lies in a tranquil panoramic position, only a few steps from the city centre of Assenza and only 150 meters from the lake.
The residence features a beautiful garden area, and an outdoor pool surrounded by olive trees, bougainvillea and oleander trees.
The Acquafresca, an entertainment centre with gym 200 metres away, offers a sailing school for children up to 10 years old and kite surfing lessons at discounted rates.
During July and August, accommodation is only available for weekly stays, from Saturday to Saturday.
